You will receive an invoice upon approval with your balance due before production begins.  You will receive a quote for your project and invoiced total amount due you upon order approval. If you are requesting design service, this deposit maybe non-refundable if you require design services. If you have print ready artwork then the deposit maybe be credited toward your order upon your approval.
